In the last few years, our network has experienced significant growth – attracting innovators in practice, research, advocacy, and funding – and our core membership has grown by 250%.
Through these targeted services, strategic national partnerships, and research-based program models, we operate across sectors to help youth-service providers focus on one goal: strengthening outcomes for youth and young adults. We are known for providing high-quality, highly regarded training and consulting that successfully unearths local innovation and elevates effective practices.
S/He/They will also be instrumental in creating a culture of trust and accountability, transparent communication, and continuous improvement and innovation. The new Director’s primary responsibility will be to drive growth and impact by ensuring that Youth Collaboratory’s financial strategies, tactics, infrastructure, and capabilities are strong, aligned and fully realized to support the organization’s strategic direction and goals. Youth Collaboratory, is inviting applications and nominations for a Director of Finance, reporting to the Deputy Director of Administration/Operations, and serving as a member of the Leadership Team.
